The Value in Complaining

Complaints –who doesn’t have any?

“No point in complaining because no one listens anyway.” –goes the old saying.

True, who likes to listen to complaints?

We all know someone who consistently makes the same complaint over and over again.  Most of us have a theme to our complaints.  What are your own consistent complaints?

There is value in complaining if you can realize, or ‘hear’ your own consistent complaints.

Ask your partner, your sister, your best friend, “What do I complain about?”  –Chances are pretty good they will all tell you the same answer because they’ve heard it from you so many times.

Here is my question;  If you don’t complain how do you know what to work on to change?  And supposedly, that is where the value is –realize what your consistent complaints are so you can either a) turn the complaint into something positive, or b) come up with a new complaint.
